All groups must book and pay a deposit before the session is guaranteed, this commits the group to the agreed day and time. A deposit must be paid Online via this website after choosing one of our package from below -

If you are planning to organise a group who will be paying individually, we recommend that you collect a deposit from all members of the group. This helps to ensure friends who say they will come along actually turn up on the day. This also give you the group organiser the money to book your group in with using the Online booking system.
If the customer decides to cancel with less than 7 days to go before the booked date 50% of the paid fee will be kept by West Coast Paint Ball. No deposit will be lost if the date is changed, rather than cancelled. If we require to cancel (rare) then a full refund will be issued.
Paint Ball can be played to most normal weather conditions (year round).
Roads - If the access roads are blocked due to snow or ice then an alternative date may be offered, if the offered date is no use than a full refund will be offered.
Playing area – It is great fun to play paint ball in snow, but if the snow turns to ice we cannot play and then an alternative date may be offered, if the offered date is no use than a full refund will be offered.
