Making a Booking
1. Choose a Package
We have 3 packages to choose from; if you are not already familiar with package options, it would be recommended that you have a look at the packages page.
Once ready to choose, select your preferred package from the list: note – both Silver & Gold have the option to pay the full package cost or a deposit of £10 per person, with the remainder due on the day.
2. Choose a Date
The drop down list has all available days, if the day you wanted is not on the list please call to check availability –

3. Choose a Time
Normal Start times are 10am or 2pm.
4. Group Size
Your group must have a minimum of 6 players, the maximum you can choose is 30 players.
Our average group size is 12.
If you are uncertain for how many player you will have; then book the minimum you will definitely have. Later on in this booking process there is the ‘Special Requirements’ box, where you can state that you may have more players than the number booked.
5. Optional Extras
There are various optional extra’s that can be added to you package. Some options are ‘per person’ so will be multiplied by the group size. Some options are a singular item for the whole the group to share.
- 100 Paint Balls – £5 Per Person
Think that your group may be a bit trigger happy, add an extra 100 paint balls per player
- 2,000 Paint Balls - £80
Prefect for dividing up within your group, 20% cheaper to buy the full box.
- Gloves Hire - £2 Per Person
Gloves are highly recommended, book them here, bring your own or hire them on the day.
- Grenade Pack - £10 Per Person
For over 18’s ONLY, as they are a type of Firework. A pack includes 3 Grenade’s, great for smoking out the enemy!
- Pyro Effects Pack - £30
A selection of 10 grenades thrown in by the Marshal to create a heightened atmosphere, prefect for youth groups who can’t buy grenades for themselves.
6. Special Requirements
This is a box where you may simply type in any information that may help us be ready for your group.
Example 1
I don’t know exact numbers for our day yet, so have book 10, the minimum I think we will get. We should get 16, I will contact you the day before to confirm the number.
Example 2
I have booked our group in at 10am, we would prefer to start at 11am, I will call you to check this will be ok.
Once you have made your choices click Next at the bottom of the page.
Contact Details
Carefully fill out your contact details taking special care to make sure the e-mail address is correct.
Then click Next at the bottom of the page.
Booking Preview
This page shows what you are booking, giving you a change to check all details are correct before completing the booking. If you spot a mistake click back at the bottom of the page and make the correction.
If you are happy that all is accurate the click Pay Now.
Payment
You will now be automatically directed to PayPal (an external website) where you can make a Securer Payment using any major credit or debit card.
On completing payment you will then be automatically returned to WestCoastPaintBall.com where there will be a message confirming your successful booking.
E-Mail
You will also receive 2 e-mails.
One e-mail for West Coast Paint Ball confirming your Booking.
One e-mail for PayPal with receipt of Payment.
