Availability

All Products listed on the site have the availability listed by the Price.

There are 3 availability Statuses:

1. In Stock – Meaning that the Product is In Stock at the centre.
2. 3-5 Days – Meaning that it is In stock at the UK dealer and can normally be delivered within 3-5 working days.
3. Temporally Out – Meaning that presently there is no Stock, but it should be available within 2-3 weeks.

If a product is not available beyond 3 weeks we will remove the product from the website.

Delivery

All delivery costing is based on UK ordered (Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland) orders from out with the UK will be charged at Cost. Please make contact before ordering from out with the UK.

Free
Gift Vouchers will be posted out using Royal Mail for Free.

Collection
All Hardware Products have the option to be delivered to your address for a Fee or can be Collected from the Centre for Free.
This is an option during online order process.
If you choose the Collection option when your order is ready you will be e-mailed or telephoned to arrange a collection time.

Royal Mail
There are 4 Royal Mail Categories.

• Free – for very small products such a Gift Voucher
• Small – Costing £2.50
• Medium – Costing £8.00
• Large – Costing £14.00

Products are Categorised by Weight and Size.

Example - by ordering 2 smaller products that individually would be in the ‘Small Order’ Category, together they may become a 'Medium Order' at the higher cost.

Payment

We use PayPal to process payment. What is Paypal?
